Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they are correctly packaged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Handle inventory management tasks, including scanning items in and out of the system.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Willingness to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
