Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Label, wrap, and secure packages to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including hand trucks and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping quotas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate).
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read labels and screen instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shift schedules.
