Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and ensure proper labeling.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- License: Valid forklift certification (if required by role).
