Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using WMS software.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock organization.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and workplace policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as sweeping, organizing, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
