Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they are free of defects before packaging.
- Verify shipping labels and ensure packages are securely sealed and labeled.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting items and handling inventory.
- Must be able to read and understand English instructions.
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
