Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Retrieve products from shelves using RF scanners and prepare them for shipment with precision.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization to ensure warehouse efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage before packing to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning barcodes and counting inventory.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and simple software interfaces.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
