Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems accurately to ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload merchandise onto delivery trucks safely.
- Follow safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
