Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanning devices to verify inventory and ensure order correctness.
- Sort, organize, and stage products in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform basic quality control checks on outgoing packages.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Basic reading and comprehension skills (ability to read labels and pick lists).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
