Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick merchandise from storage areas according to pick lists and ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcodes.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or picking experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
