Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for damages and report any inventory discrepancies.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counts and labeling.
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality control.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
