Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately according to customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts as required.
- Collaborate with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily productivity targets.
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate RF scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations.
