- Efficiently pick and pack products from shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Verify item quantities and ensure orders meet customer specifications.
- Load and unload trucks safely and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts.
