Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and seal packages, ensuring proper labeling and shipping documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and 5S guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak shipping and receiving times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged stock to the warehouse manager immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, picking, or packing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (RF scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
