Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and RF scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled, sealed, and staged for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Perform light inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience in a warehouse, retail stocking, or logistics role is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available for weekend shifts and overtime as needed.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
