Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select merchandise from the warehouse shelves and pack it securely for shipment using provided equipment.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners and computer systems to verify product details and ensure stock accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Work efficiently to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate powered pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and other warehouse machinery.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
