Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise for orders using handheld RF scanners.
- Package items securely using appropriate boxes, tape, and labeling equipment.
- Ensure all packages are accurately labeled with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for defects and report damaged goods to the supervisor.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for long periods (8-10 hours) and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment and inventory counts.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize picking errors.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
