Responsibilities
- Retrieve items from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners or pick tickets.
- Package items securely to ensure safe delivery, adhering to company standards.
- Inspect products for defects and report damaged goods immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Sort and stage outbound shipments according to delivery routes.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) when certified.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
