Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise against customer orders with high accuracy.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials and labeling systems.
- Operate handheld barcode scanners and RF guns to log inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report damaged goods or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
