Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas based on pick tickets and customer orders.
- Prepare and package items securely for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Verify order accuracy, count items, and inspect for quality before packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or computer terminals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when needed.
