Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders according to pick tickets with high accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners to verify item counts and locations.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload shipments as required by management.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Detroit facility.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
