Responsibilities
- Select and Verify: Retrieve merchandise from shelves and verify order accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Pack and Prepare: Pack items securely in boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Shipping Support: Assist in loading shipments and preparing them for delivery.
- Adherence to Safety: Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus, but no prior experience is necessary for this role.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order precision.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
