Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets using appropriate machinery and equipment.
- Verify inventory counts against system records and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
