Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from warehouse shelves using pick lists and handheld scanners.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment with high accuracy and care.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper inventory rotation (FIFO).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy targets.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
