Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse shelves according to pick tickets and customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners to ensure efficient workflow and inventory tracking.
- Inspect all packaged items for damage and ensure proper labeling and sealing before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; strong work ethic is more important.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
