Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Update inventory records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
