Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements and system instructions.
- Verify product quantities and ensure proper labeling before shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read order labels/pick tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
