Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring weight distribution is correct.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines while operating equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse technology (RF scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperature conditions.
- Willingness to cross-train in other warehouse functions.
