Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from shelves and storage areas using scanners and RF guns.
- Pack items securely in boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
