Responsibilities
- Select, pick, and pack merchandise according to customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory status.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and organizing warehouse aisles for efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with the inventory control team to resolve discrepancies and update stock levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Capability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
