Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves using scanners and handheld devices.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and scan barcodes for inventory tracking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle checks as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide full training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
