Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare merchandise for shipment based on customer orders and pick tickets.
- Verify accuracy of picked items against order requirements.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Scan barcodes using handheld scanners to track inventory movement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
