Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Verify item quantities, descriptions, and quality before packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Label, wrap, and stage packages for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners (RF Guns).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-hour shifts).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
