Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders to minimize returns.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
