Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and quality before packaging.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipping to ensure safe transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Valid forklift or pallet jack certification (preferred but not required).
