Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from storage areas based on customer orders and scan items for accurate inventory tracking.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies immediately to the team lead.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) on hard surfaces.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
