Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance) and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any malfunctions.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas and deadlines.
- Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred.
