Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered industrial trucks to move inventory.
- Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trailers and delivery trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts, scanning, and sorting of merchandise.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor at all times.
- Shipping/Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and precision.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for indoor roles, but preferred).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic math and computer skills for scanning and logging data.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness.
