Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately select items from inventory shelves and pack them securely for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Scan & Verify: Utilize handheld scanners (RF guns) to scan barcodes, ensuring 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Maintenance: Help keep the warehouse organized, ensuring stock is rotated and storage areas are tidy.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing packages to ensure they meet quality standards and are not damaged.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training available) as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work the required shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing orders.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
