Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of all merchandise to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort and organize inventory in the warehouse storage areas.
- Perform regular quality checks on outgoing packages.
- Assist in loading trucks for outbound delivery when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or retail stocking is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
