Responsibilities
- Retrieve and pick products from shelves and storage areas using scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with correct shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon hiring).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not strictly required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid ID and Social Security card required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
