Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Retrieve products from shelves using RF scanners and prepare them for shipping according to customer orders.
- Packaging: Package items securely using boxes, bubble wrap, and tape to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies immediately.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for defects before packing and ensure labels are applied correctly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and keep the workspace organized.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move stock efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
