Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets and digital scanning systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput goals.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
