Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately based on customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts, in a safe manner.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately to the warehouse supervisor.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and warehouse management software is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
