Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack products based on orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product quality and quantities before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate material handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to comply with safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning technology
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one within 30 days
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for weekend shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
