Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage before packaging.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily targets.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
