Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to customer orders and picking tickets.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to verify inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Assist with loading outbound trucks and staging areas during peak hours.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning technology quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
