Responsibilities
- Select and pick products from warehouse shelves according to pick tickets and barcodes.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners and computer terminals to verify quantities and item codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect goods for defects or damage before packaging.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily productivity goals.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
