Responsibilities
- Pick items from inventory shelves based on digital pick lists with high accuracy.
- Package and label orders securely for shipping to customers.
- Verify quantities and scan barcodes to ensure inventory records are up to date.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and move boxes.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus.
