- Manage the receiving and processing of incoming shipments.
- Perform accurate physical counts and cycle counts of inventory.
- Maintain and update inventory management systems (WMS) with real-time data.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and damages.
- Keep the warehouse storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with annual physical inventories and reporting.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely stock allocation.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming stock using barcode scanners and handheld devices.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
- Update digital inventory records to reflect real-time stock levels.
- Identify and report damaged goods or missing items to the supervisor.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage locations for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents and labels.
- Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Valid forklift or pallet jack certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
