Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely and efficiently.
- Inspect all outgoing shipments for damage, errors, and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner during peak shipping seasons.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPI targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
